“Who Shall Be Cast off from the Presence of the Lord”
This is a broad classification, ranging from those who inherit the terrestrial and telestial kingdoms to the sons of perdition, those who inherit a kingdom of no glory and remain filthy forevermore. All these are cut off from the presence of the Father and, as revelation states concerning the candidates for the telestial glory, “they shall be servants of the Most High; but where God and Christ dwell they cannot come, worlds without end” (D&C 76:112).
